<p>As a <strong>Voyage Optimisation Specialist</strong>, you'll drive success with internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. <br /><br /><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Work closely with The Client's operations team to understand their business model, strategy, and needs</p><p>- Help clients achieve digitalization and sustainability goals through The Client's technology</p><p>- Advise on optimal routes and speeds based on commercial needs and agreements</p><p>- Monitor fleet and ensure max financial benefit through The Client's platform</p><p>- Analyse voyages, provide reports and feedback to stakeholders</p><p>- Offer innovative solutions tailored to clients' business models</p><p>- Guide clients on scaling up fleet-wide use of The Client's solutions</p><p>- Support users through operational, educational, and governance aspects</p><p>- Collaborate with User Success team to onboard and scale-up users</p><p>- Maintain strong relationships with product and internal teams</p><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><p>- 2+ yrs shipping industry exp (commercial ops or similar)</p><p>- Passionate about data, digital transformation, and innovation</p><p>- Fluent in English</p><p>- Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset</p><p>- Curious and eager to improve solutions<br /><br /><strong>Sailing experience and shore experience in Voyage Optimisation are MANDATORY</strong></p>
