Description

Deep understanding of: Voyage optimisation , weather routing, Marine meteorology and ocean conditions • Strong foundational knowledge in at least one of the following: Geography, Oceanography or Marine Meteorology. • Working knowledge of: Fuel optimisation & vessel performance analytics • Digital routing platforms / decision-support tools • Exposure to algorithm-based or automated routing systems preferred • Proven ability to lead 24/7 operational teams
