<p>Responsible for the pre & post fixture operations of a tanker vessel </p><p></p><p>• Strong experience in pre-fixture operations </p><p>• The candidate should be able to work independently but also feel comfortable collaborating and communicating across all levels of the organization. </p><p>• Good at negotiations and communications </p><p>• Experience in IMOS operating system.</p><p>• Need to be pro-active rather reactive in nature <br /><strong><br /><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><p></p><p>1. <em>Pre-Fixture Support</em></p><p>- Collate vessel info for chartering (specs, cargo capacity, performance, costs, scheduling)</p><p>- Assess vessel suitability for trade</p><p>2. <em>Voyage Execution</em></p><p>- Plan voyages, orders for Master (cargo, bunker, etc.)</p><p>- Coordinate with brokers, charterers, agents, internal teams (24/7)</p><p>- Monitor vessel performance, receivables, cash flow</p><p>- Handle claims, P&L understanding</p><p>3. <em>Bunkering & Optimization</em></p><p>- Maximize cargo, ensure sufficient bunker</p><p>- Coordinate weather routing, optimal sea route</p><p>4. <em>Liaisons & Admin</em></p><p>- Appoint agents, plan bunkers, billing, claims input</p><p>- Review port disbursements, data management</p>
