<p><strong><em>Job Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><p>1. <em>Data Management</em></p><p> - Ensure timely and error-free noon reports from vessels</p><p> - Maintain data for allied processes</p><p>2. <em>Performance Management</em></p><p> - Analyze vessel performance (at sea and in port)</p><p> - Evaluate fuel performance data to reduce consumption</p><p> - Prepare TC vessel claim status for each voyage</p><p>3. <em>Admin & Process Improvement</em></p><p> - Process optimization and development</p><p> - Maintain performance portal and respond to customer queries</p><p> - Participate in developing performance management tools</p><p> - Conduct training for ship's staff on performance analysis and reporting</p><p> - Assist in automation of manual data processes and process improvement</p>
