The candidate should thrive in a dynamic, fast- paced environment and should be willing to take initiative.</p><p></p><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong> :</p><p>This is a performance-driven role with flexible, work-dependent hours. Candidates must be adaptable to business needs and willing to commit to extended working hours when required to meet critical deadlines.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities :</strong></p><p><strong>Timely Submission of Reports :</strong></p><p> Monthly vessel fleet reports</p><p> Quarterly historical returns sheets</p><p> Weekly S&P market activity</p><p><strong>Technical Evaluation of Second-Hand Vessels :</strong></p><p> Compile relevant data and arrange pre/post inspection meetings</p><p> Conduct thorough internal OFAC checks</p><p><strong>Documentation & Negotiation Support :</strong></p><p> Proofread all negotiation documents and agreements (MOA, EA, etc.)</p><p> Provide comprehensive support to the Manager – S&P</p><p><strong>IT Initiatives :</strong></p><p> Assist in the successful implementation of IT projects related to the S&P department</p><p><strong>Inspection Coordination :</strong></p><p> Independently arrange inspections for both vessel sales and purchases</p><p><strong>Data Collection :</strong></p><p> Request and compile technical/commercial data for vessel sales and acquisitions</p><p></p><p><strong>We are looking for individuals:-</strong></p><p> Possess strong Financial Acumen</p><p> Good in Data Analytics</p><p> Detail oriented</p><p> Highly committed and self-motivated</p><p> Resilient under pressure</p><p> Good working knowledge of MS Excel</p>
