We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead post-fixture voyage execution with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and operational excellence.
š¹ Oversee end-to-end voyage operations and CP compliance
š¹ Manage laytime, demurrage/dispatch, and freight/hire processes
š¹ Coordinate with global stakeholders across owners, charterers, and brokers
š¹ Handle claims, disputes, and contractual risks
š¹ Mentor team members and strengthen operational processes
š¹ 6ā10 years of relevant experience in shipping operations
š¹ Strong expertise in Charter Party terms and dry bulk trades
š¹ Detail-oriented with sound commercial judgment
