<p><strong>Senior Marine Offshore Operations & QHSE</strong></p><p></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional for Senior Marine Offshore Operations & QHSE role.<br /></p><p><strong>A chief officer/ 2nd officer from offshore industry with experience in operations</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>* Monitor vessel operations, performance, fuel consumption, and reports</p><p>* Coordinate port calls, agents, and operational logistics</p><p>* Handle offshore marine operations including AHTS, towing, and anchor handling</p><p>* Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, and offshore regulations</p><p>* Liaise with Class, MMD, inspectors, agents, and technical teams</p><p>* Monitor certifications, audits, training matrix, and ERP/MIS reporting</p><p>* Oversee operational risk, weather monitoring, and offshore compliance</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>* Bachelor’s degree in Marine Operations or related field</p><p>* Prior experience in marine/shipping/offshore operations is mandatory</p><p>* Strong knowledge of offshore vessel operations and QHSE compliance</p><p>* Experience with Indian DOC, Flag certification, OVID/OVIQ, and offshore procedures preferred</p><p>* Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills</p>
