<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>● Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.</p><p>● Familiarity with container vessel crewing requirements.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong> </p><p>● Graduate in any discipline.</p><p>● Minimum 3 years of experience in crewing/ administration.</p><p>● Strong working knowledge of RPSL and crew documentation requirements.</p><p>● Good communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).</p><p>● Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong> </p><p>● Handles day-to-day administration for assigned vessels, including crew scheduling, travel coordination, and joining/sign-off formalities.</p><p>● Verifies crew certificates, medical fitness reports, visas, and other joining documents prior to deployment.</p><p>● Liaises directly with seafarers on contract terms, allotments, and queries escalates unresolved issues to the Deputy Manager.</p><p>● Maintains accurate records and updates the crew management system (ERP) in real time.</p><p>● Coordinates with the travel desk/agents for flight bookings and port agent arrangements for crew changes.</p><p>● Supports the Deputy Manager in crew relief planning and maintaining crew availability trackers.</p><p>● Guides and reviews the day-to-day work of junior Executive within the team.</p><p>● Assists in preparation of routine reports, trackers, and checklists as directed by the Deputy Manager.</p><p><strong>Compliance:</strong></p><p>● Ensures assigned crew documentation complies with RPSL, STCW, and flag state requirements prior to joining.</p><p>● Supports the Deputy Manager in readiness for internal and external audits.</p>
