Qualifications: * Ex-Seafarer preferred * 2–3 years experience in cargo ship recruitment (Bulk Carrier, Chemical, Gas, Oil vessels) * Strong communication and convincing skills *Requirements* * Bachelor’s degree or higher * 5+ years of recruitment/resourcing experience, preferably in maritime or multinational environments * Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, seafarer certification, and shipboard hierarchy * Understanding of seagoing manpower markets and maritime regulations * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead seafarer recruitment with a focus on Senior Officers for cargo vessels (Bulk, Chemical, Gas & Oil Tankers). The role will drive candidate sourcing, recruitment operations, and talent pool development while ensuring efficient hiring in line with business requirements. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead and manage seafarer recruitment and sourcing activities. * Conduct active and passive sourcing through recruitment platforms, databases, and social media. * Build and maintain a strong talent pool of Senior Officers and Ratings. * Coordinate with planners, crewing managers, and internal stakeholders for timely crew deployment. * Oversee screening, interviews, document verification, and candidate submissions. * Manage recruitment campaigns, events, and talent engagement initiatives. * Ensure accurate records in recruitment systems and databases. * Support recruitment strategy, KPIs, and workforce planning.
