Role
* Drive Navigation Excellence across the fleet by focusing on risk identification, port intelligence, passage planning, and route risk analysis to proactively prevent incidents.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain port studies for terminals and high-risk areas
* Create and update company-specific passage plans
* Conduct traffic analysis and route risk assessments
* Monitor vessel movements and identify navigational risks
* Provide guidance to Masters on safe navigation practices
