Description

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the daily operations, support, and maintenance of PAL ERP modules, including:</li></ul>o Planned Maintenance System (PMS)o QHSEo Voyageo Drydocko Data Library<ul><li>Conduct quality assurance and resolve implementation challenges related to PMS ensure uniform structure and efficient database management across the fleet.</li><li>Oversee the implementation of PMS database of new vessels.</li><li>Deliver training for seafarers and office personnel to ensure effective system usage.</li><li> Liaise with ERP software vendor to align product enhancements with company needs.</li><li> Perform QA testing of new functionalities and oversee smooth rollouts.</li><li>Participate in QA for internally developed BI tools and support data analysis initiatives.</li><li>Create and maintain user manuals and documentation for ERP modules.</li><li>Generate reports as required for senior management.</li><li>Utilize issue tracking tools like Jira and Service Desk to resolve technical problems efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience with ERP systems, preferably PAL.</li><li>Sailing experience will be an additional advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of PMS and marine operations.</li><li>Experience with training, documentation, and user support.</li><li>Proficient in project management and helpdesk platforms.</li><li>Analytical mindset with a strong focus on quality and detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Specific skills & Personal characteristics:<ul><li>Sailing experience</li><li>ERP Implementation</li><li>Great interpersonal skills</li><li>Training and Development</li><li>Very high service consciousness.</li><li>Responsible, diligent & independent.</li><li>Discretion, loyalty, and reliability.</li></ul>
