<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Chief Mate COC preferred; Master Mariner COC will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science, Marine Operations or a related field is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2–3 years of shore-based experience in offshore vessel operations.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience with AHTS, anchor handling or towing operations will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to DP vessel operations is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage daily vessel operations, schedules, mobilisation and offshore assignments.</p></li><li><p>Plan and coordinate anchor-handling, towing and offshore support activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, inventories and operational reports.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate vessel maintenance, repairs, defects and operational readiness with Technical Managers.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with Masters, Chief Engineers, charterers, agents,vendors and port authorities.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate port calls, bunkering, provisions, spares, crew changes and related expenses.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, company procedures, and charterer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain operational records and prepare concise reports for management.</p></li><li><p>Support emergency response, incident management, and corrective-action follow-up.</p></li><li><p>Monitor weather, security risks, and voyage-related operational requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p>
