We are looking for a growth-driven marketing professional to help scale ReserveMate, a modern reservation management platform that enables businesses to manage online bookings, walk-ins, and conflict-free scheduling with instant confirmations.
The candidate will drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and partner onboarding, especially targeting restaurants, cafes, salons, clinics, and service businesses that need a simple booking system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Identify and reach restaurants, cafes, salons, clinics, and service businesses.
Generate leads through cold outreach, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
Convert prospects into platform users and paying customers.
2. Digital Marketing & Growth
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Execute SEO strategy for reservation software keywords.
Run email marketing and CRM automation campaigns.
3. Partnerships & Business Development
Build partnerships with:
Restaurant associations
POS providers
Hospitality consultants
Develop reseller or affiliate programs.
4. Content & Brand Marketing
Create marketing content such as:
Product demos
Case studies
Social media content
Blog articles on restaurant growth
5. Product Marketing
Translate platform features into clear business benefits, including:
Online reservations
Walk-in queue management
Automated confirmations
Conflict-free scheduling
6. Market Research
Track competitors in the restaurant reservation software market.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
2–6 years experience in SaaS marketing, hospitality tech, or B2B sales.
