Description

- Safety & Compliance: Act as a lead for EMS and SMS policies, conducting internal audits, safety inspections, and incident investigations (including corrective/preventive actions). - Operational Support: Provide expert guidance on navigation, weather routing, cargo management, and dangerous goods risk assessments. - Mentorship: Conduct on-board training for senior officers and mentor new Marine Managers. - Reporting: Manage PSC inspections, flag state audits, and KPI tracking for assigned vessels. - Security & Emergency: Serve as Deputy Company Security Officer and participate in the Emergency Response Team.
