<ul><li><p>Ensure accurate implementation of crew payroll processes in line with applicable CBAs, company policies, and statutory regulations.</p></li><li><p>Establish and monitor internal controls for wage calculations, allowances, statutory deductions, and payroll validations.</p></li><li><p>Verify crew and beneficiary bank details to ensure secure, timely, and error-free salary remittances.</p></li><li><p>Supervise end-to-end payroll operations, including overtime, variable earnings, and approval workflows.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with vessel Masters regarding payroll procedures, policies, and query resolution.</p></li><li><p>Oversee timely preparation and reconciliation of portage bills, allotments, and payroll-related accounting entries.</p></li><li><p>Manage reporting for wages, captain’s disbursements, statutory dues, union payments, and management analysis.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper accounting and consolidation of onboard cash disbursements, provisions, bonded stores, and related expenses.</p></li><li><p>Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a payroll team of 20 employees while supporting talent development and performance management.</p></li><li><p>Support budgetary control and internal financial analysis through payroll data reporting and compliance monitoring.</p></li></ul><p></p>
