<ul><li><p><strong>Education</strong> = LLB Must, LLM preferred.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Finalization of Contracts and Agreements </strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordination with respective departments for finalization of contracts and agreements provided to the legal team for review.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Insurance Coverage and Renewals</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Assists HOD and Legal Manager during renewals of insurance of company assets</p></li><li><p>Obtaining quotes from insurers for premiums and arrange premium payment after taking approvals for the same</p></li><li><p>Arranges maintenance of the policies and database</p></li></ul><p><strong>Processing of Insurance Claims </strong></p><ul><li><p>Processing of insurance claims as and when they arise</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with Insurers and provides necessary supports for management of claims.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Research & Advisory assignments</strong></p><ul><li><p> Undertaking research assignments and advisory projects as directed by HOD</p></li></ul><p><strong>Risk Identification and Mitigation in Tenders and Contracts</strong></p><ul><li><p>Reviews tenders and charter party contracts to identify risks and advise risk mitigation actions in consultation with Legal Manager</p></li><li><p>Providing the Legal Team comments on vessel/rig tender documents/charter party contracts</p></li><li><p>Obtains the Insurer comments on Vessel/Rig tenders/ charter party contracts</p></li><li><p>Keeps updated with changes in law/ interpretations / legal judgments, affecting the Company</p></li></ul><p></p>
