<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Allotments Executive is responsible for the accurate and timely</p><p>processing of seafarers’ allotments, leave wages, and related remittances in</p><p>coordination with Ship Managers, vessels, banks, and overseas manning</p><p>agents. The role ensures compliance with company procedures, statutory</p><p>requirements, and effective communication among all stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Process and verify seafarers’ allotment advices and prepare ship-wise</p><p>remittance files</p><p>• Coordinate with Ship Managers for fund requests and ensure timely</p><p>remittances</p><p>• Instruct banks for fund transfers and confirm execution of payments</p><p>• Maintain and update allotment tracking records and internal systems</p><p>(SOOL, etc.)</p><p>• Prepare leave wage statements, requisitions, and remittance files</p><p>• Verify salary components and support issuance of salary certificates (SEA-</p><p>related)</p><p>• Ensure accuracy of bank details and assist in reconciliation of foreign</p><p>currency accounts</p><p>• Liaise with overseas offices, agents, vessels, and stakeholders for allotment</p><p>processing</p><p>• Handle queries related to allotments, remittances, and payroll support</p><p>• Assist in fund tracking, reconciliations, and reporting activities</p><p>Skills & Competencies</p><p>• Strong knowledge of maritime payroll, allotments, and wage processing</p><p>• High attention to detail and accuracy</p><p>• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive transactions</p><p>• Working knowledge of banking procedures and remittances</p><p>• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/allotment systems</p><p></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>A detail-oriented professional with experience in maritime payroll and</p><p>allotment processing.
