<p>• Market intelligence & strategy: Track cement/coastal trade flows, regulatory/cabotage developments, port capabilities and competitor economics; translate into a prioritized growth plan and targets.</p><p>• Pipeline, pricing & closure (India P&L): Build and qualify pipeline; set pricing and negotiation approach; lead tendering process, solution shaping, term sheets (rates, indexation, SLAs, incentives/penalties), risk/credit assessment and contract signing.</p><p>• Investment cases: Lead techno-commercial feasibility, operating model and cost/capacity assumptions; own business cases (NPV/IRR, sensitivities) and present recommendations to management/board.</p><p>• Partnerships & financing: Develop ecosystem partnerships with market participants and engage lenders/lessors and secure appropriate risk mitigants (guarantees/LC/parent support).</p><p>• Handover & customer success: Ensure structured handover to execution teams; monitor performance vs contracted KPIs and drive renewals/upsell and change control.</p><p>• Leadership & governance: Build/coach a small team; run a clear commercial cadence (pipeline reviews, deal gates, risk register). Ensure compliance (maritime/commercial, anti-bribery, sanctions, privacy) and represent the Company externally as needed.</p>
