<p><strong>Reporting to: Fleet Head –Tanker</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>* 1–2 years of experience as a Crewing Superintendent / Manning Superintendent.</p><p>* Strong understanding of end-to-end crewing operations.</p><p>* Experience in tanker vessel operations will be preferred.</p><p>* Good coordination and communication skills.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>* Manage complete manning and crewing operations for the assigned fleet.</p><p>* Handle crew planning, deployment, rotation, and relief management for Masters and Chief Engineers.</p><p>* Ensure timely crew availability and effective coordination with vessels, crew, and internal stakeholders.</p><p>* Monitor crew documentation, compliance, and contract requirements.</p><p>* Coordinate closely with the Fleet Head – Tanker and other operational teams.</p><p></p>
