<p>Finance Manager with 10+ years of recent financial accounting experience in ERP, preferably with process oriented and high growth companies.<br /><br /><strong><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><p>- <em>Financial Management</em></p><p> - Own books of account for assigned companies</p><p> - Month-end/year-end close, reviews, and financial reports (accuracy, compliance, variance analysis)</p><p>- <em>Compliance & Reporting</em></p><p> - Statutory corporate and tax compliance (with advisors)</p><p> - IFRS, local GAAP knowledge</p><p> - Statutory and tax audits</p><p>- <em>Cost Control & Improvement</em></p><p> - Reconciliation, control over key balance sheet accounts</p><p> - Drive process improvement, tech adoption</p><p>- <em>Collaboration</em></p><p> - Coordinate with FP&A team (align with group policies)</p><p> - Build cross-functional relationships (matrix structures)</p><p>- <em>Risk Management</em></p><p> - Understand business risks, implement/monitor internal controls</p>
