Description
1) Plan, source and coordinate recruitment of ship staff to meet fleet manpower requirements.
2) Process recruitment applications when required for all ship staff positions including Senior Officers and Senior Engineers.
3) Collaborate with designated manning offices globally to ensure their adherence to the following requirements:
• Company’s policies & procedures in Marine HR Department
• Employed officers and crew to be qualified, experienced and certified as per EPS and
STCW requirements. Additionally, arrange for appropriate in-house courses or external
training as needed.
