<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>● Prior internship or entry-level experience in a manning/crewing agency.</p><p>● Familiarity with crew management software/ERP systems.</p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p>● Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.</p><p>● Minimum 1 year of experience in crewing or shipping administration.</p><p>● Basic knowledge of STCW, flag state requirements, and RPSL documentation.</p><p>● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).</p><p>● Ability to work accurately under deadlines.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> ● Assists in sourcing candidates through online portals, referral networks, manning agents, and internal databases.</p><p>● Screens CVs and verifies STCW certificates, flag state endorsements, and rank specific documentation for authenticity and validity.</p><p>● Supports scheduling and coordination of interviews and candidate assessments.</p><p>● Coordinates medical examination (PEME) bookings and tracks candidate medical fitness outcomes.</p><p>● Maintains recruitment trackers and supports the Deputy Manager in preparing routine management reports.</p><p>● Communicates professionally with candidates on application status, document requirements, and joining instructions.</p><p>● Liaises with the documentation team to support seamless handover of selected candidates for joining formalities.</p><p>● Assists in maintaining the crew pool and availability list for assigned ranks.</p>
