<ol><li><p>Oversee the day-to-day shore catering operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across all assigned vessels and business units.</p></li><li><p>Plan, coordinate, and monitor the supply of food provisions and bonded stores in close liaison with the team of Catering Managers and Executives handling shore operations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strict cost and budgetary control across all vessels in coordination with Catering Managers (Group Heads). Identify and address budget overruns through proactive planning, analysis, and coordination with relevant business teams for budget approvals, reconciliations, and recoveries, wherever applicable.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive communication and engagement. Conceptualize and implement customer-connect initiatives in coordination with the Department Head to showcase departmental capabilities and strengthen client relationships.</p></li><li><p>Oversee global procurement activities for the department and develop strategies to enhance contracted purchases, strengthen vendor relationships, and improve overall vendor management practices.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with the Accounts and Finance teams to ensure timely completion of accounting processes and reporting requirements. Prepare and review monthly and periodic variance reports, analyze deviations, and devise corrective strategies in consultation with the team and Department Head, wherever necessary.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely, professional, and effective responses to all customer queries, requests, and grievances, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Ensure strict adherence to established systems, procedures, and compliance standards while proactively recommending and implementing process improvements wherever required.</p></li></ol><p></p>
