<p></p><p>We are hiring an experienced Crewing Manager with strong expertise in handling the end-to-end crewing operations for Offshore Vessels.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>* Managing complete crewing operations for offshore vessels</p><p>* Crew planning, mobilization, and rotation management</p><p>* Sourcing and recruitment of officers and crew</p><p>* Handling crew documentation, certifications, visas, and compliance</p><p>* Coordinating with clients, vessel operators, and manning teams</p><p>* Managing crew change operations and travel arrangements</p><p>* Ensuring compliance with company and maritime regulations</p><p>* Maintaining crew database and operational reports</p><p>* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage urgent operational requirements</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>* Minimum 10+ years of experience in the shipping/marine industry</p><p>* Strong exposure to offshore vessel crewing operations</p><p>* Excellent operational planning and problem-solving skills</p><p>* Candidate should be capable of handling pressure and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment</p><p>* Strong knowledge of marine documentation and compliance</p><p>* Good communication and leadership skills</p><p>* Ability to handle operations independently</p>
