This is an excellent opportunity for maritime professionals passionate about safety, compliance, and operational excellence.<br /><br />Location: Chennai, India<br />Employment Type: Permanent<br />Email: sunita@nevoxel.com</p><p>WhatsApp: 7304774046</p><p><br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br />Promote a proactive safety culture across the fleet.<br />Support incident investigations and emergency response activities.<br />Monitor and analyze HSSEQ performance and recommend improvements.<br />Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.<br />Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HSSEQ systems and processes.<br />Participate in vessel and shore-based safety meetings.<br /><br />Requirements:<br />Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC) – Mandatory.<br />Sailing experience as a Chief Officer.<br />Strong knowledge of ISM Code, maritime safety, audits, and compliance.<br />Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</p>
