<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:-</strong></p><p>Technical Management & Compliance</p><ul><li><p>Lead and oversee the Technical Department, driving the company's overall technical strategy and operational execution.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with applicable international maritime regulations, Classification Society requirements, flag state regulations, and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Monitor fleet technical performance and provide guidance on vessel maintenance,repairs, dry-docking, technical inspections, and audits.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the maintenance of technical records, vessel certification, planned maintenance systems (PMS), and related documentation. DPA & Safety Management</p></li><li><p>Perform the responsibilities of the Company's Designated Person Ashore (DPA), serving as the key communication link between vessel crews and shore management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective implementation and continuous compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS).</p></li><li><p>Lead incident investigations, monitor corrective and preventive actions, and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Leadership & Administration</p></li><li><p>Lead, mentor, and manage both shore-based and vessel-based technical personnel,including performance reviews and team development.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the Crewing, Operations, Compliance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth technical operations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present technical reports, departmental budgets, fleet performance analyses, and management updates for senior leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p>
