<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:-</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage cargo commitments and chartered-in tonnage to maximize freight margins.</p></li><li><p>Execute and negotiate TC, VC and COA fixtures.</p></li><li><p>Prepare voyage estimates and optimize voyage profitability.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate charterparty terms including laytime, demurrage, bunker and performance clauses.</p></li><li><p> Monitor freight markets and identify trading opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Operations and Finance for efficient voyage execution.</p></li><li><p>Build relationships with brokers, shipowners, charterers and cargo interests.</p></li><li><p>Support commercial risk management, claims handling and dispute resolution.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong commercial and freight trading acumen.</p></li><li><p>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Sound understanding of dry bulk chartering, voyage economics and freight markets.</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset with strong commercial judgement.</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p></p>
