Description
1. Independently manage the chartering in/out of stainless steel and chemical tanker vessels or cargoes on both spot basis.
2. Conduct Charter Party negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and risk mitigation.
3. Identify and Develop spot cargoes in the region and then eventually secure suitable tonnages from the open market and execute the business profitably
4. Continuously track freight market trends, BDI fluctuations, vessel supply-demand dynamics, and take informed chartering decisions.
5. Maintain real-time market intelligence through engagement with shipowners, brokers, and cargo traders.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth post-fixture execution.
7. Ensure strong charter party contract clauses that protect company interests and minimize disputes.
8. Ensure smooth execution of Contracts of Affreightment (COA), adhering to agreed terms and delivery schedules.
