<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and client meetings.</p></li><li><p>Present business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular sales and service visits, maintaining accurate sales reports and activity records.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.</p></li><li><p>Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring effective resolution.</p></li><li><p>Manage sales leads, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups through individual and joint client visits with reporting managers.</p></li><li><p>Support commercial and collection activities, including credit appraisal and approval processes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update daily sales trackers and CRM records.</p></li><li><p>Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal teams and management to deliver customer solutions and achieve business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs, including Gross Profit targets, sales calls, service calls, and customer conversions.</p></li><li><p>Focus on Strategic and Key Account Management to build long-term business partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Expand the customer base across local, regional, and global markets while maximizing freight forwarding revenue and margins.<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience & Qualification Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>7–9 years (or more) of relevant sales/business development experience.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.</p></li><li><p>High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Profile:</strong><br />Candidates with a proven track record in freight forwarding sales, key account management, and business development within logistics organizations.</p>
