<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><p>• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, NVOCC, finance, ERP or other</p><p>enterprise applications will be an advantage.</p><p>• Exposure to APIs, system integrations and reporting/BI tools will be a plus.</p><p>• Knowledge of Angular/.NET/SQL Server-based applications will be an added</p><p>advantage.</p><p><strong>Educational Qualification</strong></p><p>B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology</p><p>or</p><p>B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Understand and analyse business processes, workflows and operational</p><p>requirements.</p><p>• Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather, clarify and document</p><p>requirements.</p><p>• Convert business requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRD),</p><p>Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and user stories.</p><p>• Analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and</p><p>automation.</p><p>• Prepare process flows, functional workflows, screen specifications and acceptance</p><p>criteria.</p><p>• Work closely with UI/UX, frontend, backend and database development teams.</p><p>• Coordinate with developers throughout the development lifecycle to clarify</p><p>requirements.</p><p>• Participate in solution discussions and provide functional inputs.</p><p>• Prepare and execute functional test scenarios and support User Acceptance</p><p>Testing (UAT).</p><p>• Validate developed features against business requirements.</p><p>• Identify gaps, inconsistencies and process exceptions and propose appropriate</p><p>solutions.</p><p>• Support production issues by analysing functional requirements and coordinating</p><p>with technical teams.</p><p>• Maintain functional documentation and ensure requirements are properly tracked.</p><p>• Assist in change management, release planning and user communication.</p><p>• Work closely with business teams to improve efficiency through technology and</p><p>automation.</p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p>• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.</p><p>• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.</p><p>• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.</p><p>• Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into system</p><p>requirements.</p><p>• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts will be an advantage.</p><p>• Experience working with web-based business applications.</p><p>• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><p>• System process knowledge</p><p></p><p></p>
