<p>𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:</p><p>COC Class 1 for Engineers.</p><p>𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:</p><p>* Sailing in various type of ships including Tankers and at least 5 years as C/E.</p><p>* Experience as Trainer in reputable Maritime training centers for ME Engine and Wartsila RT Flex engines.</p><p>* Experience as Trainer for Hydraulic and Electric/Automation courses will be added advantage.</p><p>* Experience as on-board trainer will be also be added advantage.</p><p>𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:</p><p>* Report to head of Training Centre.</p><p>* In-charge of all training for engineers- in-house and using 3rd party training facilities.</p><p>* Conduct regular training courses for ME and RTFLEX engines at Company's training center</p><p>* Participate in formulating new training courses for engineers.</p><p>* Occasionally attend ships in India</p><p>* Participate in Engine and electrical cadet recruitments and post sea training.</p><p>* Arrange training of junior engineers in 3rd party training centers.</p><p>* Maintain and arrange repairs of the training simulators and other equipment.</p><p>* Record keeping and other administrative jobs related to trainings.</p>
